Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using the information and services available on the JobDragon website. By accessing or using JobDragon, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. JobDragon may at any time modify this agreement and such modifications shall be effective immediately.

About JobDragon

JobDragon’s overall services including the website providing recruiting support for Human Resource personnel and candidates as well as attached services such as email notifications, online videos, advertisements, etc.

Members are assumed to use this service using their own discretion and responsibility.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to visit or use JobDragon in any manner. By visiting JobDragon or accepting these Conditions of Use, you represent and warrant to JobDragon that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the right, authority and capacity to agree to and abide by these Conditions of Use. You also represent and warrant to JobDragon that you will use JobDragon in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Conduct

JobDragon specifically prohibits any other use of JobDragon, and all users agree not to do any of the following: (a) Deliberately registering or supplying false information, (b) Violating intellectual property rights, copyrights or listing false information, (c) Defamation of specific persons or groups, (d) Offending public order, morals, or decree such as laws, government ordinance, official directives or any action which can cause offence, (e) Distributing information on or via the JobDragon website for commercial purposes, (f) Any act that interrupts the operation or damages the credibility of JobDragon.

JobDragon contains links to third party websites. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by JobDragon of the contents on such third-party websites. JobDragon is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites and does not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such third party websites. If you decide to access linked third-party websites, you do so at your own risk.

Exemption

JobDragon and its owner and partners shall not be held responsible for the accuracy or discrepancy of information provided by registrants to JobDragon, and shall be used at the users’ discretion. JobDragon shall not assume any responsibility for damages incurred from the use of JobDragon unless those loss or damages are caused directly by JobDragon itself. Any users are assumed to take responsibilities for information listed on the website, which they have posted themselves. Neither JobDragon nor the operator shall be held responsible for damages or harm occurred by prohibited acts.

JobDragon shall not be responsible for any inevitable or natural calamity such as virus attack, blackout, system break down, damages or harm occurred where JobDragon or the operator is not attributed to.

It is possible that JobDragon will change, halt operation temporarily or permanently or complete all operations without preliminary notice.
